This great World War II era Vintage Ad was printed for the July, 1943 issue. These are wonderful advertisements, and we only have a limited number available.

At Miami, Flight 10 is loading pas-
sengers, mail and express for points
across the United States-for Canada and
Alaska-for Hawaii and Australia.
A transport plane in war paint is coming
in, with people and cargo from India,
Africa and South America.
As soon as some of its passengers are
transferred to the waiting ship, Flight 10
will be ready to go.
Today, any airport is truly a “cross roads
of the world!"
Its airways feed into a vast, invisible
web over which day-and-night Airline
schedules carry important passengers and
cargo between hundreds of U. S. towns and
cities, and to scores of foreign countries.
In addition, the Airlines fly a giant
fleet of transport planes for Army and Navy
supply, to every zone of war throughout
the world.
Over a global system of airways, Air
Transport will one day be devoted entirely
to friendly commerce, with the nearest airport
your short-cut to any point on earth!

You pick your frame color, and you pick your mat color. We will mat and frame your Vintage Ad per your request and send it to you promptly. All you have to do is remove it from the box and hang it on the wall in your home, office, garage, man cave, or showroom!
We mat and frame original, vintage magazine ads...they are in good condition, but may not be perfect as they are many decades old. Frame outside dimensions are 15" x 12", and matted ad is approximately 9-5/8" x 6-5/8" (could be slightly different, depending on ad).
Frames and vintage ads are actual as shown, and mat is computer generated for online viewing. Actual mat is custom cut for each individual ad and mat color will be similar to the colors shown on the website. “Travel Route 3 Scan” watermark is placed on the ad for online viewing only, and is not part of the final product. Back side of Vintage Ad is glued to backing paper so that it continues to display flat over time. Here is what you will receive:
